I returned the machines in January and have still been getting charged each month for equipment that I don't even have let alone use. Being rentals and elevons policy of free cancellation this should not have been an issue. I ended up switching to a different provider and I returned my terminals to elevon/digitech. They didn't offer me any relief for this error although they did say they would correct the error. When a competitor reviewed my statements to try to find me a better deal (something that happens all the time) it was discovered that digitech had placed me in the wrong industry code which amounted to me paying thousands of dollars more then I should have been over the two plus years of service. When I rent equipment and pay $500 per month I don't expect to have to pay for things like that. For the most part things were fine except that whenever a machine needed repairs or replacing from wear and tear I was charged $45 shipping and handling. I used digitech for two years using their elevon terminals for my retail store. I see lots of positive reviews about this company but haven't seen any regarding what happens if you leave them.
